Gill Kelley teaches on our Professional Certificate, Diploma and digital marketing qualifications, in addition to our sales programmes.
She has also worked on the design of several CIM Academy programmes, from scripting modules to advising on the creation of the total learning experience to accommodate different learning styles.
Gill's strengths include facilitation of learning and development, performance coaching and energising and enthusing learners through creative learning interactions.

Tony Rowe is an independent Marketing and Information Technology consultant, educator and trainer with a special interest in marketing metrics.
As a Course Director at CIM Academy he is actively involved in the preparation and delivery of the Professional Certificate and Diploma programmes as well as specialist workshops in metrics, digital marketing, CRM and marketing planning.
Tony has a first degree in Economics and an MBA from the Bradford University School of Management where he has subsequently taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA) level.

Clare O’Shea is an enthusiastic consultant specialising in all areas of sales and business development. Her excellent interpersonal skills and inner drive enable delegates to develop ideas to make a real difference.
Clare has more than 20 years experience in ICT Sales and Senior Account Management. She has also set up and managed a successful IT consumables company.
Currently, Clare is the Programme Director at CIM Academy for the Intensive Diploma in Professional Sales and delivers the Certificate in Professional Sales Practice.
