He has a mix of practical and academic backgrounds and is director of an international communications business in London. An experienced consultant and mentor to senior marketing directors, Jim is the Programme Director for the Executive Postgraduate Diploma, providing the academic and delegate support continuity throughout the course.

Gill Kelley specialises in all aspects of learning and development - ensuring that programmes align with business needs. She works with organisations to develop competency frameworks, on learning design and development and to ensure that assessment strategies are designed to match ‘real work’ as closely as possible. She has also worked on the design of several blended/e-learning programmes, from scripting modules to advising on the creation of the total learning experience to accommodate different learning styles. Her strengths include facilitation of learning and development, performance coaching and energising and enthusing learners through creative learning interactions.

Tony Rowe is an independent Marketing and Information Technology consultant, educator and trainer with a special interest in marketing metrics. As a Course Director at CIM Academy he is actively involved in the preparation and delivery of the Professional Certificate and Diploma programmes as well as specialist workshops in metrics, digital marketing, CRM and marketing planning. Tony has a first degree in Economics and an MBA from the Bradford University School of Management where he has subsequently taught at both undergraduate and postgraduate (MBA) level.

Robin's areas of specific interest are International Marketing, Marketing Strategy and Management in Enterprising Organisations. At CIM Academy, Robin specialises in International and Strategic Marketing for the Professional Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing programme. Robin is co-author of ten books including a best selling text ‘International Marketing Strategy’, Strategic Marketing Decisions and marketing texts for professionals.
